Scary video game dungeon music.

One of the 4 new sounds in my new pack. Just a simple square chirp made and edited in audacity. Could be used for something like pong.

Kind of an "ahhh" sound. Hard to describe. Generated using labchirp.

Sound of rain falling on a tin roof with a bit of thunder.

An 8 bit-synth i have made.

A simple game start sound made in sfxr.

Patch made with a microkorg and an ea-1. Sounds a little bit like an organ for a few octaves. Lovingly multisampled. 44. 1k, 16-bit.

A piece of recording with my zoom h6 and x/y mic;outside ambience with a little bit of water to complement;. Sample rate: 48 khzbit depth: 24 bits. Mfma_sonic;.

Another take on the crickets at night. A bit slower, and different friends join in the fun. In this one i walk around a bit to focus on different spots. H4n + rycotte windjammer.

Channeling the /dev/sda1 hard drive partition into a file. At last i've imported the raw file properly as the 8-bit unsigned linear pcm. This is 8bit mono 44100 hz windows wave. Lots of strange digital sounds. Quite useful for noise and experimental musicians. Interesting that if we just do cat /dev/sda1 > /dev/dsp we hear different sound more like modem 56k. I also made a record of it. See my files.

Recording the opening drawer sound.

No layering of bird songs, single track recording; 30 seconds recorded with sm58 mono, cleaned up bottom and mids, lowered some frequencies to clean further, 16 bit, 44. 1 mhz, boosted to approximately -24 lufs.

Actually made with distorting, bitcrushing, and downsampling a recording of an electric drill (with this type of heavy processing the source material doesn't really matter much though). No chips or tunes were harmed in the making of this sound.

This first one in the pack is the loudest hit. The samples in this thunder pack are all 24-bit, and i recorded not directly as output from my mixer but routed it first through software compression and saturation and this first one was so loud it normalized itself during recording. None of the other samples are 'normal'. Notice my neighbor's car alarm going off the thunder was so loud. It's not loud in the mix.

3 samples blended together. Very spacey sound.

This synth that i created for this drum step track i worked on, has an awesome bassline to go with it as well.

I used some compression and a bit of eq to make it sound like something you'll hear on a gaming console machine. However, the audio spikes from the high freq took me a while to cut off. Can't figure out why it does that but in my opinion it still sounds good :).

This is a little piece i created in fl studio after messing around with the stock synth plug-in. I felt as though someone can use it for a multitude of reasons.

Can be used for a lot of different eating sounds. A little wet and slimy but crunchy at the same time. Could just be a person eating or a monster eating a person.

This is a vocal effect with me saying "sha" echo, phaser, delay, and reverb effects are added.

Basically recorded harmonica in a vehicle at work using my digital video camera for a song.

I've been recording some sounds for a an upcoming project which led me to recording the underside of the lid of a salad spinner and dangling a small plastic tab on it as it spun. It wasn't my intention but it sounds a bit like an old film projector. You can get some interesting results with this clip by messing a bit with the eq which is what i'll be doing for the finished project. This recording was made using a sound devices mixpre6ii and a stereo pair of fel em172 mics. Low cut on the sd which in basic mode is 80hz (i think). There is no processing to this recording other than to ‘normalize’ the levels. I do not require any credit or attribution.
