Two plastic spoons repeatedly knocked together to create a teeth-chattering sound effect. Recorded with an audio-technica at2020 cardioid condenser mic.

This is a nice clean recording of hard-rubber soled shoes running and walking up and down metal stairs in a concrete stairwell. It's reverberant, but clean. I hope it's useful to somebody. While attribution isn't necessary, i'd love to hear what you've used it in. Also, for anybody who's interested, it was actually recorded in the parking garage of universal studios in hollywood, ca. This clean flame flicker was created by vari speeding a fast cloth flap, the wav was further processed to remove some low frequency. Please look at my website sfxmix. Com and contact me directly for you dialog cleaning and sfx/ foley needs.

Some foley i made of a dog's steps on a hardwood floor, i used nails taped to the fingers of a glove and recorded with a zoom h2n recorder.

I used the ben burtt technic to design this punch; mixing a whip tail sound with a the sound taken from hitting a jacket with a baseball bat. I used logic to chop the whip tail up and blend it to make my own punch.

Unfortunately, the environment isn't as quiet as i'd like; you can discern some traffic noise coming from outside the office building. It's nearly impossible to find sound effects of someone handling an instrument and not playing it. . . At least it was until i uploaded this!. This was an acoustic guitar, but can be pitched up or down for similar smaller or bigger instruments. There's rubbing, knocking, and gliding fingers over the strings. No need to credit me.
