Iphone 6 taking pictures - recorded as a wav file on a blue snow ice condenser mic - used audacity to compress and remove any background noises. 4-5 pic taking sounds, with silence between them.

Camera noises. I pressed shutter button of nikon f4, which i bought 15 years ago. It is full-automatic action, and you can hear splat the shutter makes, motor-driven film winding-up, and slight harmonics its aluminum chassis plays. I recorded it using audio-technica ae5100 connected to presonus firepod.

Pentax k1000 load film and shutter clicks. The first one with 1 second of exposure. The second one with 1/8s. The third and fourth - 1/125s. The last 2 clicks with 1/1000s. Recorded with h4n, 24/48.

A recording of my bathroom ventilation fan shutters clicking in the breeze. The fan is not on so you can hear birds in the distance, and the wind in the tube-shaped fan chamber. When the wind blows it catches the plastic shutters and they rattle and click. Recorded very close to the fan with two dynamic microphones, there is virtually no bathroom ambience detectable. I'd be intrerested to know what this could be used for!.

Winding and firing of the shutter of four vintage analog cameras. All shutter speeds were set to 1/125th of a second (except the last one). The order of each take is as follows:1. Pentax spotmatic (from around 1971)2. Yashica tl-super (from around 1969)3. Nikon fm (from around 1975)4. Yashica electro 35 (rangefinder with leaf shutter from around 1972).

We have 30 years old window blinds around the house and i recorded the up and down from the outside of the building with my zoom h6 in 92/24 hd!.

Some shuttery delay thing that sounds. . . Like a slow clap.

A vintage canon at-1 shutter and film advance mechanism recorded with a miktek c5. Recording from various angles, with and without the lens on, from the front, and back with film compartment, etc. Useful for foley and also a great unusual percussion sample for trap hi-hats, etc.
