I created this sound with audacity using its pluck generator as the base soundthen modding it into a somewhat electrical sound.

Midi sequence playing through a moog voyager with a couple parameter tweaks throughout clip. Might sound good in a full arrangement.

A synthesized drum kick. Is really a sine wave (obviously) with pitch modulation, and a low noise on the beginning of the sound.

Bass accompaniment to pcyc_synthtop_moveup. Wav. A nice introspective and moody element to offset the accompanying top-end loop.

The original source for stretchdrone01. Aiff. Made back in 1980 on an octave/cat synthesizer and recorded to cassette. It's from a series of work tapes that i and my friend stephen mackay made under the "band" name late capitalism. The title for this one was "a five year contract with disney". We never did much with this material so feel free to use it as you see fit. Enjoy.

Finally, i successfully created a sawtooth in the fourier domain using only c code (fftw and sndfile). I know this sound is super trivial, but i'm kinda proud of myself.

In the right channel you hear uoki-toki polivoks vcf. In the left channel is the sound of intellijel μvcf. They are playing the same tones. The sounds have the same envelope but respectively vca are also affected by attenuated lfos.

I used the sound of a brush scraping as the source, added the sound you get when you twist a russian doll (already convolved with itself), and this was the result. To me it sounds a little bit like wind.

Some synth sound i made maybe about a year ago. With actually a really simple soft synth, the fl studio wasp xt. Just got that synth to a certain pleasing setting, then put an lfo high pass and flange and the right amount of distortion. Enjoy.

Synthesized train horn using moderately manipulated french horn ensemble library. The train sounds like it is coming toward the listener through pitch and volume effects. I removed the panning i originally made it with so you can manipulate that to your liking. This is offered with cc0, but if you can attribute, please do.

I was messing around with my korg volca keys, and i liked this little section. The only problem is that i believe it only recorded into the left channel for some reason. I don't know why that happened, so unfortunately you will have to correct that, but it should be an easy fix in any sound editing program.

I'm trying to get some character to my modular sounds. This is a sequence with a sawtooth wave mixed with noise and joined in a vca that can distort a little. It's a vca i bought used. Don't think a new vca of the same sort distortes. I really like that. I little reverb is added to the sound. The sound is analog until it reaches the reverb. Sometime i will buy a spring reverb. Promise. But here, on the internet, the sound is digital anyway.

Alienxxx and i had a little private dare. This is how it sounds when i have mixed the two resulting files. I made a schematic sketch on a simple modular patch. All info was this sketch. Some cafe ambience severely altered with blok modular fx. Was originally a long jam cut up into a bunch of individual files but i figured searching through them would be a pain so i merged them back into one file. So listen through and pick the sounds you like with a wav editor, or enjoy it in its own regard as abstract sound sculpture or something. I don't want to divulge too much of what the patch looked like but it random note values with each keyboard press which were then ran through a waveshaper. Later on i add some reverb and use various things to alter the panning for some strange stereo effects. Edit: you might want to use a dc eliminator on the samples because the waveshaper creates some dc offset (basically useless low/zero frequency noise for those not in the know).
