This is a heavily distorted version of a previous sound created by scraping a tape dispenser on my desk and giving it reverb. I think it sounds like a monster in relation to horror breathing. I would imagine it being a large beast of some sorts.
Compressor unit is expanding, breathing. Pshhhhh then whistle, changing frequeny in a shed. France, 2007. Recorded with schoeps ab ortfrecorded on tascam dap148khz, 16 bits.
This is a machine i recorded from a lab that designs water meters, and other water movement equipment. It actually has nothing to do with breathing, but we joked that it had a vader like quality to it. Enjoy!.
A sort of low-pitch breathing-like sound of some big thing lurking in the deep, useful for background ambient on some kind of scary place. All components of this were made from mixing various effects together in fl studio.
This was an attempted replication of my earlier sound sketch at griffith park earlier in march, and this replication is for a music appreciation course at loyola high school in los angeles. Yidan's heartbeat recorded with a homemade contact mic and added eq and compression. If you're willing please share a link of how you used this sound!.
Unprocessed, non professional recording of a relaxed inhale-exhale breath. May be useful for relaxing audio works. Recorded with zoom h4n, with and without protecting fur.
