The following radio podcast is a collection of my own experiences while exploring casa marianella- a resource to the immigrant community that is too many things to sum up in just one word.

Based upon my "single gunshot. Wav" sfx, this experiments a bit with the effects of stereo audio. I made the sound quite punchy also. Created with audacity. Use however you see fit.

This is a sum of two units, a digital reverb ams rmx16 and spring reverb fisher k10 with gate, this was an experiment i wanted to do and by the way, it worked well.

I used predetermined sounds from freesound to create a track that symbolises the memories that are stored in our wombs: positive and negative experiences, traumas, ancestral memories, etc.

Signal chain was as follows:1) gate (otherwise the quiet parts would have a lot of digital sounding noise after processing)2) spectral processing (frequency reversing) applied using unfiltered audio's specops vst plugin. 3) reverb4) slight compression. Effects 1), 3) an 4) above were applied using ableton live's built in effects.

This was an experiment running a yamaha tx81z through a korg ea-1. The fm is a grand piano patch decimated and warmed up with analog oscillators. Sampled into an mpc. 44. 1k, 16-bit.

This started out as a basic kick drum pattern i was experimenting with in ableton, and then devolved into me applying an obscene amount of delay, echo, reverb, compression, and filtering. And now it sounds vaguely like a helicopter :).

An artistic experiment searching for sound emissions and the limit of human hearing. Composed of infrasonic material that have a lot of harmonic distortion. Humans will be able to identify tones as low as 12hz. From 1000 hz the auditory system decreases. Natural and human produced infrasonic sounds is anywhere, all the time. The artistic idea was to use background noises, signal fidelity, harmonic distortion, low-frequency in order to foster a soundscape of infrasound that travels through space. Made for project that was never released. Think somebody might enjoy or use it.

This synth loop was designed to work together with the others in this pack at 140 bpm. 1 beat loop and 2 synth loops. Give them a try if you are experimenting with sampling, or use them in a track.

High resonance experiment with ts-404. This is a somewhat average techno-ish loop. Pretty simple. Only minor editing in audacity (ie. Normalize, remove noise, compress).

A sound i experimented with one day. I have no idea why it has such a weird name. But slow it down and see what i did to get my results. You'll get a very bad quality voice.

Tropical storm lane brings torrential downpour here in the front yard of my home: a very scary experience for a blind person to go through!.

Two envelopes trigger each other and the quantizer which is fed with cv from the sloth lfo. Anyway, a modular synth experiment. A triangle wave from an lfo acts as a bass tone.

Panning experiment with sequenced forms of stereo panning, radiation, reverb, etc. Recorded at 48khz 32bit fp stereo, because i love the morphagene. Enjoy!.

Recorded at children science exhibition at shibuya city hall. Metal objects in a test tubes jumps when coil under them have electrical current. Multiple test tube tuned to produce a melody. Raw, unedited, low pass filter on, tascam dr-40.

Modular synth patch where two envelopes are involved in a chase. There could have been a rhythm, but i let chaos disturb theharmony. The square wave sounds are "distorted" in a wave rectifier. The kind of patch only an owner to a modular synth findany interest in?do you find any use for some part of this sound let me know!the "ground/root pith" is 122hz. . . Almost a b. . . But not really. I tune my oscillators without caring about "real" tones. The quantizer makes the steps between tones.

Experiment weaving objects in to the banjo strings creating spooky vibration and hum effect. Very scifi/horror. Some low popping noises, dog bark at beginning, chatter in middle; recorded with cheap pc microphone.

Was experimenting with involving an adsr in sequencing when this beat suddenly appeared. Had to record it. Saved it in a low resolution mp3 format just to get that old mp3 sound. Meaningless. . . That's what it all about.

Captured on a dry day in early winter, the sound of little pieces of hail falling onto the dried leaves of a tree. A delightfully crispy experience. The sound has been looped and is in the public domain for all of humanity to use as they wish without crediting.

I've decided to experiment with random frequencies slowly filling canvas and blending into a single timbre. For this piece they emerge with quite an amount of time and there is no distinct frequency to form a tone. This experimentation produces quite a hauinting sound consisting of small parts.
