This is a heavily distorted version of a previous sound created by scraping a tape dispenser on my desk and giving it reverb. I think it sounds like a monster in relation to horror breathing. I would imagine it being a large beast of some sorts.

All my sounds were created for an upcoming motioncomic i created called: madagascar: alex's story. . . I did not create these from scratch, but instead, remixed stock sounds of different roars, growls, breathing, etc. And fiddled with their settings until i got a sound i felt satisfied with. I took one of the monster very deep voice sound and tweaked it to sound like some kind of raging infected because i had to do it for a game. It's kind of like the sound zombies make in movies where they are not really zombies but raging infected people. I used : pitch shift, time shift, octaver, eq, overdrive.
