Walking in the snow, footsteps.

Door to stairwell opens and closes and someone walks up two sets of stairs, the first one slighty faster than the second. Then another door is opened and the walker enters an office where music is playing very softly and there's a bit of an office din. The office portion can also sound like entering a hotel lobby or outer waiting area of a symphony orchestra concert. The stairwell is concrete and metal. It's very echo-y. Recorded on a samsung galaxy s3.

This random sound was recorded with an iphone. It is the sound of a few footsteps in grass, and then someone picking some grass. I'm sure someone could use it, right? xd. This is a recording of two gretsch catalina maple floor toms, one 14 inches in diameter, one 16 inches. I replaced the original tom feet with pearl air suspension feet, which gave a huge improvement in tone, resonance and sustain. Recorded with a sony ecm-ds70p stereo recording microphone into an iriver h340 mp3 player. Normalized in sony sound forge.

I couldn't find any carpeted footsteps on freesound, so i ran around one of my carpeted classrooms for a minute or so to fill the niche.

I was walking through a local church venue during a large refurbishment project and realised the noise my footsteps were making was rather neat. Recorded on an iphone. . . It's all i had at the time!.
