Typing on a laptop keyboard.

This is the sound of me typing on the keyboard of my little lenovo laptop. Of course i recorded it via its built-in microphone.

I use a screenreader, nvda. I decided to set it to the eti eloquence speech synthesizer and put the voice on the french voice. I then set the inflection to 50 and typed the letters "r" and "h" over and over to make it sound funny when it tries to read it. The first part is the normal voice, the second part i applied ring modulation with lots of lfo effect.

Doing a few typing speed tests on my 5-year-old dell laptop. Average wpm around 70, average accuracy around 96%. Recorded on tc tonor microphone.

Typing on a computer keyboard.

Hi, i recorded this sound especially because i couldn't find any good quality keyboard typing sounds. I used my kit (zoom h5 and rode videomic pro) to capture the sound while my friend was typing. I used the microphone from 15-20 cm far from the soubject and the room was small (around 15sqm), so reverb wasn't an issue. If any of these sounds are helpful for you, you can always donate to empower the community.

A typing sound i made with a gaming keyboard.

With my new mic i decided to type away all my sorrows and problems, and this was the result (that was a joke, if you couldn't tell lol. ) but yeah, turned out to be quite aggressive so use if you want to portray some internet trolls or whatever floats your boat. Typing on a laptop computer.

The mechanical noise and signature "chord" associated with the "mac mini (2010 model)" upon startup/boot. Brief mechanical motor and clicking noises followed by the famed sustained f sharp major chord (detuned 30 cents flat) being projected over low quality, built-in speakers. Mechanical noise has defined pitch and is predominantly in the mid-high frequencies. Recorded on zoom h2n, in small, empty room. Audio clip normalized in post-processing.

I foudd this frequency, between 4450 and 4475 khz whilst going through channels on radiosdr. Org. It sounds a bit like a printer and then lower down sounds like a laser. Sorry for the sound of me pressing the keyboard, my laptop has an internal microphone so this was picked up.

Some typing on a standard desktop pc keyboard (but you may use it as the sound of a laptop keyboard too). Recorded with a dynamic mic and a directional, condenser mic in a small room, filtered and compressed to minimize noise.

Crap laptop with shity fan.

I recorded the fan on quite loud and i opened and closed the cd drive on my hp eletebook 8460p, different laptop models have a different frequency from the fan and different cd drives make a different sound when checking it. Recorded from the internal microphone.
