This was a fountain running on a farm, there was a lot of water running through so it sounds heavier.

A recording that i did on a shoot for some ambient sound while in a small 10' motor boat. The motor runs for a little while but then turns off and the sound of the boat just floating in the water can be heard. The mic is moved around a bit to get a few samples of different perspectives.

This is recorded at droescher's mill in cranford nj. The local dam used to power a waterwheel. The wheel is no longer in operation but it's still a nice relaxing spot. A little waterfall is in the foreground, a big waterfall (the dam) is in the background, and the sounds of traffic are audible faintly. I was trying to record the brook that runs from a spring in the woods but faintly, then growing louder, a man walked past in a big loop around the dell the brook was in, playing chart music out of a portable speakeri decided to keep speeding in case it was of use or interest.

Recording a stream in jardim gulbenkian, lisbon. It's a beautiful and tranquil park in central lisbon that happens to be under a flight path, so the ambience is regularly interrupted by the sound of planes landing/ taking-off.

Got some water coming out of a faucet and down the sink drain. Recorded at a high volume on a tascam dr-07. The hiss is what it is. . . Though if you play it at a low volume (or use a noise remover) it should come out fine. Remember, freesound. Org previews audio at a low quality!.

I nice little flowing river sound i recorded while at muir woods outside of san fransisco. The sound can be looped to sound continuous for as long as is needed. I like it because it fills up a lot of the frequency spectrum, so it can be great for adding ambience.
