This sound is part of the transmutare project. All the sonic material is located in a soundspaces environment.

A metallic riser that could be used in a song or to build up to a moment in a game or film. Made by hitting a spoon with a metal cup (recording with an iphone), adding tape delay with lots of feedback and short time in logic pro x, and reversing the bounced audio. I'm really proud of this - it sounds really cool!.

There was a foley (of the then cranky closet of mine i was fiddling with) lying around in my hard drive i recorded some time ago. I pitched it down several times, stacked up in multiple layers & went on to process the layers individually.

Another drum track i made for a friend to jam with using the the real drum sounds in fruityloops. Its a 6 bar loop comprising of a beat with hats and the with ride and back to the hats again. Originally it was programmed at 55 bpm but sounds better at 90 or so.

Gas boiler in my kitchen starts up, you can hear the piezo ignition inflaming the gas and the subsequent burning gas. This version is processed (compressor, eq). Recording by a zoom h2n.

They were mixed all together and edited using lots of vst effects and software, reversed many times and mixed again, sampled in lo-fi quality and then again and again. . At first i wanted to use it by myself but then i thought: "why not share it with people? that can be useful. ". So please use it as you like, maybe you're an ambient or avantgarde music producer as me, and that can help you in your music. . Could be useful as a background. Enjoy!.

A cataclystic, "buildup" sound effect resulted from extreme manipulation from two digital audio workstations - fl11 and reaper. The base sample was a public domain sound of a roland d50-esque sounding element which was heavily edited using volume-scaled automation, reverberation, pitch-shifting, transpositioning and trimming audio.
