An approximation of the sound of one's ears ringing. It combines multiple tones to create a more realistic effect. The sound was generated by a program i made specifically to create this sound.

This is the sound that myself and others agree is what you hear when a loud noise makes your ears ring. Why this particular frequency? i don't know. It's just a simple generated tone--you can loop it to make it longer.

I'm trying to create a sound that resembles captain america's shield from the marvel movies. I took a recording of a metal garbage can ringing and brought it into iris 2. I cut the attack from the envelope and added light amplitude sine wave modulation. I also set a short decay. I also layered a clean sine wave underneath the recording sample in order to give the recording more umph and body when it resonates. This is the base of captain america's shield. Layer this with metal impacts and sub sonic stings and you're all set. Please post a link if you use this file. I'm excited to see what you can do with this!. I hit a goblet with a spoon then used audacity to 'remove noise', 'change pitch' (up) and changed tempo slightly.

Based on corsica_s's "ding" (freesound 91926). Slightly altered the end and doubled the beginning width audacity.

I found a set of bells somewhere and decided to record myself ringing them. I do not remember the context or where the bells were found, but they were beautiful in a strange and magical way. Someone's phone starts ringing at the end which was hilarious.

I recorded a mouth noise. I add reverberation effect where i pick a big room size and a reverberation of 50%. Then, i add a melt opening. I generated a risset drum to create my ringtone.

This bell-like noise was made by hitting a water bottle with an aluminum foil container. Perfect for a project need an ominous noise.

This noise is ringing and squeaky. I picture this being used in a trap song of some sort.
