*256 tone = 1 step in 768-tet on C. Equal-tempered: 21/(6*128):1 = 1.56 cents cents. MIDI pitch bend: 64,32 on m2 The 1023rd subharmonic is 1.69 cents, and Sibelius's pitch bend commands are not fine enough to distinguish between these two intervals, as is human perception.

This recording is done inside a closed room very early in the morning. You can hear the exterior ambience from inside of crickets and frogs. Useful if you are looking for an ambient sound that will give you the feel of a room and a post-rain environment outside. Recorded on my iphone 12 pro using dolby on app.

This is a recording of a Wolf Tone on the major sixth or seventh above the open G on a cello. I recorded this sound using an Azden SGM-X microphone and edited it in Audacity.

Diminished seventh chord resolution: both diminished fifths tend to resolve inward, doubling the third of the tonic chord.

I've fiddled with this sound for a while, its 22 layers of base tones, atmosphere and static blended together to create a heavy, powerful sounding beam weapon. The finish is a slowed, lowered and reverberated tone from a french horn.
