This is the finished version of "scary night". It's not completely what i envisioned, but it was fun to build. A sound for when there is no sound, just air flowing. Made with large interiors in mind. Recorded an empty room, then stretched the audio, added reverb, and increased bass.

This was recorded in a taxidermy warehouse/factory in kempton park, south africa. This is an ambience recording relating to a work environment.

Explanations by a guide in a small museum dedicated to birds, followed by silence. Reverb place and quiet roomtone at the end, perfect for backgroud ambiance.

The mysterious echoes of what could only be assumed to be wind produces an overwhelming feeling of loneliness and despair, and an absence of any sort of comfort. As the distant sound reverberates towards your position, only assumptions can be made about it's origin and how truly far away it is.
