Close-proximity recording of a fire poker being forcefully put back into the set of fire utensils. Rattling of the set is stopped abruptly.

Sort of a clattering or crash sound when the box hits the floor, like something smashing. It was made my me placing my recorder close to where i would drop the box on the floor. The box was actually full of lego bricks.

I tapped on my wooden desk a little bit and boosted the noise of it and reduced the backround noise. I used this for a scene of a character falling down stairs.

We got in real car accident during recording the car sounds. Another car smashed the trunk of our skoda superb. The result is overclipped but it sounds surprisingly real and native. Ortf stereo.

A short segment as i played along with the ramones' song: my brain is hanging upside down. I recorded it on my roland td-9 module and edited it in sony sound forge and sony vegas. There's a slight buzz that i get and i tried to clean it up as best i could with noise reduction. Someday i'll figure out what is causing the buzz. Please comment on what you may use it for. Car accident.

Some noise made to sound like the noise generators used in analog drum synthesizers for things like cymbals. Made with helm, 4 comb filters, and a high-pass filter. Helm to generate square wave dissonance, comb filters to add stereo and more "structured noise" quality, and high pass filter to hide the lower overtones.

Sound i created by layering two bricks being smashed together. Recorded into pro tools with an akg 414.
