Note: i have created a newer version which has better looping. It is called drum beat loop 2. 0. This is a drum beating. It is 12 seconds long but can be looped. It was createdusing ableton live (including plugins like acdgen, drumbrain, and polyrandom). The files were then combined and edited using audacity. Feel free to comment your opinions on this. Note: while this did loop just fine in my tests, some software don't handle the looping as well (like groove music pauses before repeating). If the looping doesn't work the first time, try using a different software. You can easily do this on a windows pc by right clicking on the file and pressing open with (i am sure there is also a way to do this on a macbook but i have never used one so i am not sure how you would do it). Over 250 public domain sounds curated from freesound and the internet archive. A grab bag of random sounds, could serve as a building block for your music or incidental sounds in a video. All sound info is in each cue point of the main file. Cues that do not have info are part of the group indicated before them. To extract all the sounds, use a sound editor like goldwave to break it up by the cue points. For any internet archive sounds without an address, you just need to search the public domain files for the song/video name. Use this search argument: licenseurl:http*publicdomain* and (name of file here). Since these are public domain, you are not required to give credit for any of the sounds (including this collection). For the sounds curated from freesound, you can thank the artist and/or tell them where you used it by copying and pasting the file number into freesound's search field and it will help you find the file page. Important:if you intend to register a copyright with the government for works you created using public domain sounds, you must indicate them in the application process (limit of claims section) because you cannot copyright public domain sounds.

Acoustic drums playing a groove reminiscent of abba's dancing queen, but at a slower tempo, 94bpm. Recorded with a zoom h2n in xy configuration slightly behind the drum set throne. Drums are yamaha stage custom (birch wood shells), except for the bass drum (a 16x12 inch kick from a millenium youngster kit).

Drum groove recorded using a zoom h2n recorder placed just behind the drummer, in a relatively dry room. Bass drum is a small 16 inch.

This was produced by tapping on a stethoscope which had an earbud pressed against a shure sm57 mic. Low pass filter applied, as well as compression and a gate. Chorus added. Used a recording cassette deck as a preamp going into an m-audio audiophile usb soundcard. Note: if you're having problems listening to this clip, the cutoff frequency of your speaker set may be too high(solution: new speakers). The signal strength exists almost entirely in the very low frequencies, so you may need a sub-woofer to hear it. Otherwise, try turning your speaker volume all the way up. Doing so may saturate the signal and at least allow you to hear the harmonics of the signal caused by the distortion. I don't recommend it, but you'll at least maybe be able to hear something.

Es un beat sencillo pero con pegada!.

Erh's nugroove1 with some edited samples of erdie's explosion sample, it ends with a reverse explosion. I took the sweeps out of erh's loop and put them on 2 different tracks, and there is an obvious change in tempo. Some simple delay, uncompressed, a simple eq setting. . . That's all.
