Recording of my finger snap inside my living room. Recorded and processed at 24bit 96khz using the tascam dr-40 linear pcm recorder. Processing: gain-staging and soft high and low frequency filtering. No eq boost or cuts anywhere else. Also de-noised.

Studiorecording of time ticking away. I used a small, older alarmclock. You hear its clockwork ticking in two steps each second. Mild noise reduction was applied.

This is a handmade sound that i use for an game, but i don't mind uploading it here. I made it with a compilation of sounds, lots of sounds, and i pitched them and here you go. An excellent, hq flamethrower burning! enjoy!.

Theme hand saw :. Production step :i reccord the sound of someone speaking. I copy this sound 4 times. One time on two i « invert » the sound for creating a contrast. So four speaking are on the « original sens » and four on the contrary. On a another track, i take another short recording of a men voice and copy this once. I add this new track to the middle of the first once. To finish i chang the pitch of all the track with a percent of change of -24. Description :this sound look like an old wood hand saw. We clearly distinguish the saw movement. Going on and going back. Add a different recoording on the middle allows the sound to be realistic. Because the hand saw sound is not regular. Sound of someone washing their hands in a small bathroom. This sound has been recorded with a zoom recorder and it has been retouched eliminating background noise. The sound was recorded at a distance of one meter.

Naturally reverberant snap recorded 24-bit wide stereo in the stairwell of a house.

A wine glass made to resonate by running a wet finger around the rim of the glass. This recording has slight clicks as the camera uses the automatic gain control. I would not recommend this for serious recording. Recorded on a canon d550 camera.

One of a series of heavily processed sounds of a squelchy stress reliever toy. I ran the original recordings through s-layer, the sample-mangling plugin from twisted tools, combining and mulching everything into new, dynamic sounds with lots of interesting, muddy contours.
