This is a nice clean recording of hard-rubber soled shoes running and walking up and down metal stairs in a concrete stairwell. It's reverberant, but clean. I hope it's useful to somebody. Me walking as intensively as i can on the concrete floor of my garage in big boots. Intermittent sounds of cars and me struggling to breathe do leak through slightly but the sound is pretty clean overall if you're looking for a pronounced, stompy sound.
