A recording made around 7:30pm at night in mid october of 2012 of leaves skittering across an asphalt street, making that unique, crackly sound. You will also hear a train off in the distance which i think adds to the sound-scape of fall. At 1:51 into the recording a car whooshes buy and with it, a cluster of leaves trailing behind it trying in vain to keep up. . . That's always been a wonderful sound sequence for me to hear. Recording made with my handy zoom h4n digital audio recorder using a rode ntg2 shotgun microphone. Enjoy.

I just stood outside for a little while, recorded the outside ambience, amplified it so it's audible, eqed it, and added some reverb to give it that stereo effect. Recorded during the heatwave that the uk endured in 2022 this was a recording made from the garden on august 25th. The recording starts with gentle rain which slowly becomes heavier. Around 25 minutes the first distant rumble can be heard. From 30 minutes onwards. The soothing sounds of thunder and heavy rain. From an hour on the storm moves away and the rain eases.

River lava sounds. "river" means moving body of water. "lava" is the name of the river where this sound was recorded. I can't believe i need to explain it, but apparently i do. Re-upload.

This is the second part of a recording an overflowing brook in summer, out in a farmer's field after a rainstorm. This one is pretty clear but there may be some artifacts created by my phone being jostled, or other sound sources in the area, but it's long so those could be easily cut out.
