Recorded on 22/02/2010 at approx. 8am at interlaken west train station, switzerland. Can't recall what type of train it was, possibly sbb or ice. Recorded with a zoom h2 in 2-channel surround mode, no windshield. File has not been modified, only cut short from a longer recording.

Sound of a high speed train leaving lleida station. A kind of glissando or frequency sweep is produced when the train increases his speed.

I live next to a train track which at night can have a very moody atmosphere, listening to them whizzing by. These are both passenger and freight trains. All the sounds were recorded over the span of half an hour.
