This is from a fan audio recording of the 1967 doctor who episode "tomb of the cybermen". The sound is now in the public domain. In 1967, these cybermen were voiced by peter hawkins using a vocoder or an electro-larynx, a device used to restore speech to those whose vocal cords are damaged by detecting vibrations of the throat. At the very end of part 2 of "tomb of the cybermen", the cyberman controller is awakened and says "you belong to us, you shall be like us!" to the cast.

A recording of, to me at least, is the symbolic sound of the later summer woods, when the blue jays become more vocal. These beautiful birds stay here in southern illinois all year long, and are a welcome flash of color and blue crest once autumn begins arriving. Now, i have always thought this call of the blue jay is not the prettiest or melodic at all; in fact, hearing the call of a blue jay can be a bit unnerving. . . But, to me, it is symbolic of the " wild " ness of nature. . . One of my most melancholy nature sound. . . Recorded on september 12th 2020 in southern illinois using the sony pcm m10 recorder with built-in microphones. Enjoy this sound!.

This if a sound i made a while ago. Sort of sloppy, yes, but i like it, and i hope you do, too. I do appologize for the back noise on the background music. And, yes! that is me doing the narration after a bit of vocal processing. (those screaming guys around -00:22:348 are not me. I love that part!) you can download that background song for free by clicking this link: http://www. Incompetech. Com/m/c/royalty-free/index. Html?keywords=truth+of+the+legend. That was a royalty-free song, so you have no cause for worry. If you wish to make a movie out of this, you may. Traintrack bob 1 & 2 don't even exist. Yet. Made with audacity.

anyone who reminds you of your past, has no place in your future. it really helps to shut people up, when that needs to happen. I wish i could recall where i heard this; a web search didn't yield anything. Enlightenment as to its source would be appreciated. I asked my partner to express it for me. It has helped me, maybe it will help someone else. Addendum, through argumentation i found that many do not fight fairly. One's "past" does not include something underhanded you pulled last week, or a crappy statement you made five minutes ago. Those may be forgivable but they don't yet qualify as your "past. " these things are called "current. ".

I may have mentioned that his speaking voice wasn't always low. In this capture he's completely excited and happy and this is probably, his real voice. This went on for a while, but there was a lot of profanity and laughter and we don't wanna be disrespectful. Ha. I don't, anyway. I don't think he liked her much. A former boss, he said, who'd slept her way into her job and had no idea how to do it. He said if you looked up "nasty" in an unabridged dictionary, her picture would be in there. He was going to the funeral, he said, to make sure she was really dead.

This is the sound of a spaceship's underbelly cargo hatch closing mid-flight after receiving a cargo transfer. The sequence begins with a warning alarm indicating the hatch closing, followed by the sound of the giant servos rotating the dual bay doors up and inward until the bay is sealed shut and locked. An all clear signal is given, reverberating into the dark, silent chamber. Made in logic pro, completely synthesized with es2 and mac's built in speech synthesis for vocal alarm. No unoriginal samples or sounds were used in the creation of this sound. Use freely as desired, but i would appreciate credit.

I built this sample from several samples of freesound in the thought or commitment that i can not only take but also must give. I believe that human togetherness can only work this way. -------------------------------------------------------------maybe you are interested in my other music on pond5?https://www. Pond5. Me (a man) teasing my wife by going down on her, bringing her to near orgasm, stopping and fucking her. This repeats as she gets closer and louder. The sex becomes rougher and there is some choking later in the recording. I think this recording was made in 2016 using a zoom h6 and a rode ntg4 mic or possibly the x/y capsule that comes with the recorder. Note on the recording: there seem to be some silences at a couple of points. Something probably happened in the rendering. I probably won't do anything to fix this as it's just a few seconds out of 18 minutes of audio.

This is a submission for sarah belle reid's collaboration prompt for her forthcoming electroacoustic opera. It comprises a dry recording of a male voice reading the following original text describing a moment from a dream:. "this is a story about dreams. It is not about a specific dream, or rather while it takes place in one dream it is about many. From time to time in my dreams i am in a city. Not a particular city, like paris or chicago, but the events of the dream happen in a setting which includes tall buildings and crowded streets and views of the sun setting behind a busy skyline. One time, while having such a dream, i was standing on an arcing bridge over a body of water like a river or canal. The late afternoon sun was to my left, and the warmth of the sunlight contrasted with the cool breeze off the water. As i looked across the curving expanse of water, i was mesmerized by the bright reflections of the sun on the water, on the glass of the windows, across this expansive space. I realized with a start that i recognized a cluster of buildings across the way. I had seen them before, in another dream. In that dream i had been a different person. Rather, in most all of my dreams i am in some way myself, but entangled in a moment from some other life, surrounded by characters and pursuing concerns that are alien to my waking being. In that moment, in this dream, i came to understand that all my dreams that happen in a city are happening in the same city, the same geography and architecture holding dozens of episodic lives i may have between sleeping and waking. ".

Just joined. Here's my first submission :). Recorded a few samples of "voice horror", a friend and i were going to make a short film but it never panned out. Basically the sound is a "disembodied voice" recorded on some tech that the entity damaged the quality or something. Used several filters and a vocoder. The idea was to vocalize the first parts in a way that it would be hard to understand, having the viewer listen more closely, and build the fear with the audible phrase ". . . And now there's somebody living on the other side of the wall and i think he can see usssss".

O unerschöpfter Schatz der Güte (Recitative: A) 20:55 6. Er ist das Heil und selig Licht (Chorale) 21:37 Soloists: Alto: Ingeborg Danz Tenor: Mark Padmore Bass: Peter Kooy Performed by Collegium Vocale Gent under the direction of Philippe Herreweghe. Recorded by Harmonia Mundi France in 1998. "Bach composed the cantata 'Mit Fried und Freud' for the feast of the Purification on 2 February 1725. Here, the opening chorus is in 12/8 time, which is almost always associated with a peaceful, pastoral mood. Here it is the expressive key of E minor, which, raised to monumental heights, will re-appear in the opening chorus of the St. Matthew Passion. The chorale is sung in long note values by the soprano accompanied by the lower voices of the chorus in densely textured imitation, and which takes up the serenely elegiac movement of the instrumental ritornello theme. Only twice does Bach interrupt the pattern: at the words 'sanft und stille' all the voices drop into a sudden 'piano' and even the lively rhythm of the vocal part gives way to a more tranquil measure. The contrast of the 'forte' on the next words, 'wie Gott mir verheißen hat' is all the more convincing in relation to the preceding words. Once again Bach leads the vocal part into a quiet, even tenor for the final line of the chorale, 'der Tod ist mein Schlaf worden.' My very first sound effect ever uploaded to freesound. From the swagoontrax™ sound & voices collection, featuring myself and my brother, taj. It's just an average group of people in a bathroom or locker room, cracking jokes, talking to each other, or just pulling gags, on one saying "you fart one more time, and see what happens. . . No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, i didn't mean literally. Stop! i didn't mean to! i was just kidding!. . . ", and some fake farting going on outside the ambiance. Enjoy!. The last breath of a creature, maybe a dragon, whatever floats your boat. I'm a game developer, but i also like creating sfx, and other cool stuff. So i was feeling like creating a small mmo for fun, but thought to myself;how on earth am i going to make all those sounds?so i searched a bit on the net for possible cool sfx techniques, and later on decided to just experiment with audacity myself. For this sound i recorded my own voice two times (i can make some weird sounds),and edited them in audacity. The result came out as some kind of dragon, and i was pretty pleased with it being my first organic voice. Use for whatever you like, a credit and a rate would be appreciated.

We have the movie "chronicles of riddick" starring vin diesel, and at one point thandie newton walks around him, seeking approval. She gets it, as vin growls, "it's been a long time since i smelled beautiful. " his voice is incomparable, as he exudes a touch of evil with that. Nevertheless i laugh every time i hear it, because it suggests he needs a shower. Try as we might though, we can't quite duplicate it. This was the most recent and possibly best effort. We can't publish vin's voice so here you go. Repeated it once with a bit of reverb. We tried this before and it was moderated and posted. Apologies to the moderator, there was a glitch in the file because i can't get him to say "i" instead of "i've" and i had tried to remove the letter "v. ".

I get annoyed easily when i hear someone telling me what to do. It gets me in trouble. This was a while ago. I hadn't ever been caught at that point, and he was the one recording. He actually got me started on that. Of course, i had taken off the offending articles of clothing and kicked off my sneakers, and was locked outside my own front door that way. Of course i couldn't go anywhere, and the only unlocked window had an air conditioner in it. Yes i did. Right over the top of it, might have looked pretty clumsy, at least…i know it was risky but not as bad as standing out there. Luckily it was a back window. Unluckily, it was raining. Hard. Should have let him build that fence.

90 beats, beeps and blurts culled from freesound. Org's public domain uploads. Also, 13 sounds culled from freepd. Com which are public domain as well. All in one file, separated with cue points that have file info. Easiest way to sort it out is to use a sound editor that can separate the files by cue points into one folder. Mono 44k and mostly 140 bpm, should be fun for rave tracks. Since these are public domain, you are not required to give credit for any of the sounds (including this collection), but if you want to thank an artist and/or tell them where you used it, just copy/paste the file name into freesound's search field and it will help you find the file page. Important:if you intend to register a copyright with the government for works you created using public domain sounds, you must indicate them in the application process (limit of claims section) because you cannot copyright public domain sounds.

A conversation that happened in the kitchen. Warm for the time of year, a man steps in to play basketball on a corner paved lot. Just one basket and no refs, the two free-throws he is offered are almost unheard-of. Maybe some of them didn't like his looks. Likely too they know what he does for a living. Likeliest of all he was playing well, but for sure the woody that won't quit had come to call, and they probably liked that least of all. So he steps up to the foul line and the first shot zips the net. So does the second one, but even before it gets there, someone jumps in behind him, grabs hard and and zips his pants all the way down. They aren't around his ankles, though. Close one, he's standing on them. Worse, a local crowd has gathered. Only the stunned aren't laughing or pointing or cheering. You put your pants back on and go home, what else can you do? game over.

Tell me pretty maiden from Leslie Stuart and Owen Hall's Florodora (1899 in London; 1900 on Broadway). Sung by the "Edison Sextette" (Ada Jones, George S. Lenox, Corinne Morgan, Grace Nelson, Bob Roberts and Frank C. Stanley) for Edison Records. It Edison Gold Moulded Record #8260. Florodora was the first big hit musical of the 20th century. "Tell me pretty maiden" was the runaway hit. "Tell me pretty maiden" is a double sextet, sung by six girls, matched in looks, all 5'4" inches tall and 130lbs, and their six suitors. This recording cuts their number in half, since, although it is difficult to get six people in front of a recording horn, it is even more difficult to get twelve.[1] This recording consists of only the first verse. A vocal score is available at The International Music Score Library Project.
