Sound of a person flipping through pages from a newspaper. This sound has been recorded using a zoom h2 handy recorder at tallers' buildin at campus poblenou from upf.
A butane lighter being flipped close, making a sharp "ching" sound with a high pitched metallic tone as it reverberates. Works well for closing a zippo also.
Standard playing cards being placed on a wooden table, slides across table, tapping on table, and a few flip/hit sounds. Recorded with a zoom h5 and a xyh-5 mic at close range.
A recording of page turns and riffles. Recorded right up near the grille of the mic so perhaps not the most natural sounding recording out there. 80hz high-pass filter was applied with a 12db an octave slope. Normalized to -3db. Signal chain: cad e100s and a focusrite scarlett 2i2.
Lots of variations on glossy magazine sounds; page turns, handling, page flips, etc. Recorded on a sound devices 744t with a sanken cs-1 shotgun mic. Chop it up and use however you like. Mono 24 bit 48khz.
