Recorded in stereo with zoom h4 from my back porch in the early evening. Distant traffic, crickets, light windchimes, and neighbors firing guns in their backyard. Typical rural spring evening.

I did not create the individual sounds heard here, they were provided by sonniss royalty-free. I mixed the sounds to form this shooting scene where the bullets whizz past for a podcast i edit. Enjoy.

This is a combination of plastic crackling, paper ripping and crumbling, sticks cracking and twisting, matches lighting, and a gas stove. All of which are moderately eqed and mixed in protools, but nothing is heavily processed. What is left is the illusion of a building fire.

I'm afraid i threw that together 7 years ago when i would have been 14 years old. I can't really remember whether i used any other sounds to make it, or if i generated it (and definitely can't remember who needs attributed if soundswere used).
