I was going to record something, but that happened. I was going to not upload this one, because i perceive myself more dumb than yawning. . . But it may be useful for someone 🤷‍♂️ comment if that's your case.

A recording of me digging a grave for a film i was making. By this point i was very tired in the sun, so expect heavy breathing, sniffling and tiresome digging.

A couple of minutes from the waiting area of an automotive tire store with the obligatory television on. The vending machine man is restocking the machines. The coke or soda machine hums and, for added realism, an employee asks for a refund and explains the problem.

This is an on-board recording of my 2007 chevy malibu driving in a parking garage. I placed my mic out the window while driving around the garage. You'll hear occasional tire squeals, as well as suspension squeaks and ambient sounds. Attribution isn't necessary, but i'd love to hear anything you use it in!. This is the source recording for my first sound made for my "a sound design everyday" project. Every day i will record a sound and then create designs, collages, and lil' music tidbits using the source recording and only the source recording. Underhood recording of my renault 19 with oldish carburetted cleon engine (c2j). Double barrel webber 32 drt carb ~72ps engine. Start engine, tire skid, hard acceleration up to 6000 rpm and coast down to idle, several times. Throttle blips up to 7000 rpm. Mic: sony ecm-ds30p stereorecorder: sony mz-n707 mini disc, sp mode, agc: off. Wanted to test this cheap mic and custom made windscreen - this is my first car recording, and that's why i started with this cheap microphone, don't want to learn on expensive stuff. Still, i'm amazed how the recording turned out, it's $24 mic in not very silent area, yet it captured sound rather nicely. Windscreen (cost $0) turned out to be not that good :).

The idiot in the other lane decides to give it a go, even though he/she quite clearly saw our truck coming out of the hospital parking lot. Hey, who says a 68 year old can't drive! this grandpa still has the mentality, flexibility, and reflexes of your average fit teenager these days.
