I've been looking for a similar effect for quite a few years and no one has built one. So, using a simple synth and bass drop worked wonders for what i needed. The sound effect is from the matrix and is the sound heard near the beginning when the police are attempting to arrest trinity, just before the agents get upstairs. When trinity jumps, this is that effect.

Someone jumping from height onto a hard floor with shoes on. Some nice scuffling sounds, followed by some walking sounds on the same floor.

Several types of jump:- jump and fall- jump and grunt- disordered jump- twin feet jump and grunt- twin feet jumpsimulation of a not-athletic person jumping to the floor. Each group of jumps separated by silence. Equipment used: sony icd-sx800d, external microphone rode ntg-2.

30 seconds of loop able horror free to use however you want.
