For this sample, i have to use a stereo recording. Drum and bass stylei put an effect to melt in closure, and an effect to change the height (-70. 000, pitch from d to f), and an other effect to change the height (+ 12. 575, pitch from d to e).

Sound is a boss dd-20 delay feeding back on itself while the controls are manipulated.

This is an imitation of hurricane force winds i made up by squirting compressed air across the mess of my mic. Unprocessed raw sound. 44. 1/24bit.

Good clicky deep bass drum sample.

A sample i created in ableton. Details are forgotten!.

Small, six note marimba, recorded wide stereo with a sony pcm-d50. The notes are, from low to high, f, g, a, c#, d#, and f. Two samples were taken per note.

My sax player friend played a few things for me and so i sampled parts of them (fairly long parts) to share. Used a sm57 about 3 inches away from the barrel.

Kelon xylophone recorded with single neumann u-87. Very bright with sharp attack (as kelon tends to be). Cuts through a track like a hot knife through chocolate.

Percussion kit sampled in my studio. 3 - 5 dynamic range shots (pp, p, pf, f, ff, fff). Recorded with two sm57 (up and down), overheads crosstalk - se3.

Short synthesized snare drum sample.

This is the sound of an lrad (long range acoustic device). I managed to create this sound with a basic sample from nch tone generator and a few days of processing in goldwave.

Female robot voice samples.

Not edited at all whatsoever. Knock yourself out and lemme hear what i lent my voice for.

Played into an hp computer. Recorded with cubase. Voice samples used from freesound (120589__snaginneb__emergency_countdown), others homemade. Sampled into a roland sp-404. Played live. Slightly messed with in cubase. . . Recorded on three tracks. Location, keflavik, iceland.

My scanner scanning a page, plus one note on the piano of almost the same pitch. Low whine.

This is a short loop made for a video game. A relaxing but lighthearted piece that i imagined for a menu screen or on a field/park/cutscene of some sort. It doesn't strike me as something suitable for motion, but it is available for any use.

Old realistic concertmate soundbanks. Mic recorded. The filename designates the sound number on the actual keyboard.

Another psy goa trance base sample pack. The fist sample is just a spacer. I think it starts at e1. I have never seen a set of psy base samples on the net, thought i'd put them up. If anyone has a set of sampled bass for psy / goa available, please tell me, i'm still learning, so these are surly not as good quality as they could be! have fun exploring inner space!.
