This one i made myself with some visual basic programming. I used it as an alarm and ringtone on my smart phone. You may want to trim the silent tail.

For this sound, i generated a sine wave at a frequency of 440 hz, an amplitude of 0. 80 and a duration of 1 second. I choosed the following effects:1- tremolo2- repeat (x2)3- fade in (half of the sounds)4- fade out (the other half of the sounds)5 -studio fade out6- cut a part7- repeat8- cut to have the song 3 times. After all this effects, the sound is like an alarm.

This sound of alarm clock was entirely made with audacity. First, i generated a sinusoïdal key at 575 hz with an amplitude of 0. 11 during 3 seconds. Then i deselect my track and i generated an other sinusoïdal key at 1500 hz with an amplitude of 0. 33 during 3 seconds too. I deselected the track and i generated a final sinusoïdal key at 2800 hz with an amplitude of 0. 56 during 3 seconds. Next i selected my 3 tracks and i clicked on track - mix and render to a new track. I added a tremolo effect with a reverse serrated and a degree of 0, a level of 100 and a frequence at 25,0 hz. The wave must looks like stuck triangles.

This was recorded in the interior of a truck stop, somewhere on the road in oklahoma. General store ambiance can be heard throughout, but the real highlight is the electronic door chime that seems to happen intermittently, when someone enters or exits the store.

Self-created fire alarm. The idea is based on the typical fire alarm in buildings and was supplemented by a typical (slightly pitched) sound sequence of the us emergency vehicles. A fire alarm beeping at 3:00 am. It decided to beep, so i decided to publicize it and let the world hear it's voice. This was recorded in an apartment complex with the fire alarm just outside the door. It always does this at random parts of the day, and it's not that annoying but, it happens.
