The toubeleki, is a kind of a greek traditional drum musical instrument. It is made from metal, open at its downside and covered with a skin stretched over it. It is played with the hands and used often in the greek traditional folk rhythms.

A heavily detuned guitar, played noisily, chopped up and reconstituted into the vague shape of a drum solo by a very lazy "machine learning" script.

Furthermore, i take the small portion (exactly 5 second length) from the original sound (from 26. 5s to 31. 5s) and give fade-out effect from 31. 1s to 31. 5s.

This sort of kickish type sound is one of my experiments with my model d. The ones near the end sound the kickiest and there's a nice filter sweeping as it goes along. They'll probably be best shortened a bit but, hey, it's up to you. If you like, please rate. I used the "the challenge. Wav" base (id: 561988) and made a simple melody with a synth, added effects and some beats. I used some fl studio effects: reverb, echo, distortion, equalization, amplify, low-fi effect, low-pass, drums and synthesizer. Amazing challenge as always, thanks badoink.

Dont ask why this is named like that lol, made using a lot of layers but the fundamental of the snare is synthesized, distorted the first miliseconds of the sample to make an snappy transient and make it cut throught the mix. For the process i used analog modelled plugins such as exciters, tube saturators, preamps, coloring eqs, and compressors alongside with some digital modelled plugins such as camelcrusher, transient shaper and sliceeq both by kilohearts, the compressor mjucjr ny klanghelm to amplify the waveform of the sample and finally a clipshifter plugin, which i love it, to limit the snare aggresively.

Walked into my studio this morning and my r-8 was producing this sound somehow. Maybe my cat did it?maybe my kids did it?maybe it was aliens?.

This sound track is a scary suspenseful track that sounds creepy and dramatic.

Body percussion rhythm made by lips, torax, snap fingers, thighs, mute and bright palms, palm on the cheek and click tongue. Recorded with rode nt1-a condenser microphone.

A 130-bpm 12 bar relaxed musical loop with some simple drums, bass, synth, and assorted effects on top. Created in fl studio.

Created with samples of old toy keyboards in the microsampler and mastered with audacity and various vst effects. For healthy fun. . .

My original dw toms, mixed with themselves 1 octave up [the octave up is lowered -6db and the envelope reshaped to allow loud only the attack]. Then for that resulting mixdow again the same thing [so i used the same method two times]. At all steps i was using the simple compressor[not multiband] for not allowing overlimiting. For the two general mixdowns [because it was a double process] i used hard compressor at -0. 45 dbs. And for the two octavic parallel channels i used hard compressor -3. 60 dbsbecause the octave doesn't sound realistic if not well compressed. For all my dw octavic tomsed i used the same exact method. My original dw toms are here if you want to read data or mics. These toms do not sound realistic as stand alone sounds. These harmonics work better only in a complete mixdown, and have increased audibility than the original recordings [for silent music parts use the original because low velocity of parallel instruments will expose the supportive tom-harmonics].

This and old intro i create for my band toma el riesgo to play in concerts, we never record this in a studio, only like a little intro for animate the crowd. Feel free to use it for videos or any project that you have. Greetings.
