My lights are actually connected into the wall with a switch that i can turn on/off with a seperate controller, and this switch makes this very peculiar sound when it switches on and off. I recorded this muezzin during my stay in abu dhabi. It was the mosque close to the hotel i stayed in. It is the noon-time-prayer. Abu dhabi has a lot of hihgrisers.
