An extactor hood starting to work, running for a couple of seconds and stops. I decided to not record the switch on, switch off because it didn't "sound right" to me. Test guitar solo. Bright noise as artifact of notebook mic input agc (automatic gain control) made in the imposition of a previously recorded. Recorded: 20-10-2013notebook: aspire-5742g, windows 7, asio4all driver, sonar x2, noise gate and vox plug-ins. Guitar: squier stratocaster, south korea, early 1990, with pickup saymour duncan at bridge position. Very very old strings. Guitar connected directly to notebook mic input. Exported to wav 44000/16. Encoded into mp3 with linux console: lame -b 320 -m s soloprev3. Wavlame version: lame 64bits version 3. 99. 5 (http://lame. Sf. Net).

Sound that was produced by cartridge-tilted gameboy advance sp and distorted by looping glitch on cheap realtek soundcard. Additional delays in puredata. The whole variety of different noises, but in general that sounds crispy. And disturbing.

This is a weird noise i created for no logical reason. Made with audacity sound editor by applying an unreasonable number of effects to the sound of me making noises (whistling, i think).

I'm trying to get some character to my modular sounds. This is a sequence with a sawtooth wave mixed with noise and joined in a vca that can distort a little. It's a vca i bought used. Don't think a new vca of the same sort distortes. I really like that. I little reverb is added to the sound. The sound is analog until it reaches the reverb. Sometime i will buy a spring reverb. Promise. But here, on the internet, the sound is digital anyway.

Basically i connected one lfo to the polivoks in. Now when i think of it. Wonder if that added something…. And how much. And to cv1 i connected a square wave and to cv2 a wide frequency sine wave. Resonance at max. Think i have to reanalyse this patch later… i’ll be back!.

Another room acoustic ambiance recording. Connected my little modular to a guitar amp (orange crush 12l). Some overdrive added character to the sound and the simple patch. Placed my phone 2,5meters from the speaker and recorded. No post editing! not even amplification.
