Created to sound like a spinning newspaper, this is actually the audio from scribbling a blunt pencil on some paper in a quick, circular motion. I couldn't find anything like it when i searched, so hopefully this will be of use to someone!.
A short scene with someone drawing on a canvas with charcoal. The crystal microphone is placed to one side of the drawing so as not to be in the way. Tascam.
Paper flutter. Natural sound for paper movement ie falling, blowing in the wind, turning the page, shaking the newspaper. 24bit 48khz. Wav please comment if you use this sound.
A pack of five office-related sounds, including a pencil sharpener, a pencil writing on paper, a series of papers being flipped through, a stapler, and typing on a keyboard.
Throwing down a booklet made of some sheets of paper on carpet. Recorded in studio. Unprocessed. The wav file is a dual mono file. Left channel is close perspective, recorded with an akg c2000b. Recording of a cardboard being finger scratched. Recorded and processed at 24bit 96khz using the tascam dr-40 linear pcm recorder. Processing: gain-staging and soft high and low frequency filtering. No eq boost or cuts anywhere else. Also de-noised.
It's a recording of a modern portable cash register printing a daily report. Then the paper tape is ripped of. There are funny frequency effects caused by the paper tape getting longer and resonating different frequencies. The sound have not beet piped through any processing. Recorded with a hand-held zoom h2's rear mics. Originally 96khz/24-bit wav. Edited and converted to flac using audacity.
