Binaural recording of various typing sounds on a keyboard. Binaural sounds are best heard using earphones. Recorded using a roland cs-10em with a sony icd-px470. Feel free to let me know what you used the sound for. :).

Chcka^sound of a button being clicked. Could be used for a door opening, a compartment being activated, a toggle on a sci-fi spaceship, or just a single keyboard key being clicked. Made with a mechanical keyboard.

G413 typing sounds. Not particularly noisy. Pretty generic typing sound for universal purposes. Lately everyone's been hyped over deep thoccs, but i find those pretty unusable for sfx in videos etc. , cuz they're just not the typical typing sound.

The accompaniment section from a cheap kids keyboard - the description doesn't really match the sound. The accompaniment plays at three tempos followed by percussion only version of the same.

I typed quite slow in the beginning if you need to edit out and synch with your footage, if you just want typing sound in the background i think the best is in the end of the clip. The mouse clicking comes later in the clip. I've mixed it a bit but might need more mixing. I've used freesound for 7 years now and i thought i would pay back for all the good sounds that i've used from freesound. More will come <3.

I've taken a spectrogram of the keyboard trying to create a similar timbre in supercollider. For each part of the spectrogram, i've created a randomly generated envelope. However, due to the fact that sc capabilities are limited and the spectrogram is discrete, i've got a funny unusual sound.
