Lighting of a disposable butane lighter. Recorded with a model dm-558b radio shack supercardioid dynamic microphone. Edited with audacity 1. 3 beta, the audio is normalized and compressed, i also used noise removal to get rid of the static in the background.
Opening a zippo lighter, lighting it, and closing the lid. Separated into separate actions, removed a low-frequency rumble from some of the sounds. Recorded in a small shed, zoom h2.
Flicking the lighter, sparking the lighter, inhaling the bong, bubbling, exhaling, clearing chamber, placing bowl back into the glass, exhaling the smoke.
Recorded with an omnidirectional lavalier microphone, a clippy em172, and a zoom h-5. Denoised with audacity. Cut and normalized in ocenaudio. Recorded a lighter being lit using a zoom h6 recorder with an xy mic and foam screen and tripod. Recorded in front of the h6 using a small bic lighter. I recorded different versions of single flick and multiple flicks. Recorded for a school project for a sfx library.
