I stood under the transmission lines with my olympus ls-7 recorder in nw ohio to get the sound. According to a map i found online, the lines are indeed 765,000 volts phase to phase, four lines bundled for each phase.

Prius brake sounds, some electrical sound from the car, and a grunting sound, also from the car (not the driver!).

Needed a sound for background hum in a battery facility. Recorded this using a guitar amp.

Interesting interference sound made with analog modular synth.

After recording a video (high voltage sparks in chlorine gas) i decided to upload these sweet sounds here. Oh and the video failed, on color change occurred. - the chemical workshop.

This is the bell for passing period at a public school in los angeles. It was recorded with a rode ntg-2 microphone.

I created this sound with audacity using its pluck generator as the base soundthen modding it into a somewhat electrical sound.

Simple type of chord progression, low gain type of distortion with a mild flange effect. Probably good for a break or intro but could be used for more if broken up. Changes tempo and tone near the end into something completely different.
