This a simple sound i recorded from my "master lock hard case" combination lock. I used audacity for noise reduction and editing. I couldn't find a good, free combination lock sound, so i decided to make my own :).

You hear a male voice saying, "target locked. " followed by target seeking sounds with another male voice saying "engage. " at the end.
