Getting ready for my shower, fly unzipping and snap opening with the rustle of taking them off and dropping them on the bathroom floor. Iphone, external mike, audacity.

Very high-quality recording of rain falling on a wood deck. This recording is part of burya - a free rain library which can be downloaded here: https://www. Deepformaudio. Com/burya.
This is a glass shower screen being cleaned with a squeegee. I recorded it as it sounds a bit like someone trying to play a saxophone badly. As raw material it could easily be processed into a number of interesting sounds.
Light rain on the grass during springtime on a college campus. Edited to minimize the pops when the raindrops fell on the mic windscreen. Recorded with tascam dr-40x.
I was sitting on the porch during a storm so i decided to record the weather as i worked on my laptop. The mic was mounted on my laptop, so the sound of my keypresses travels into recording with what i consider a very pleasant bass-y thump.
Stereo recording from the kitchen doorway made with an edirol r44 and behringer c4 mics. You might also hear the sound of 6 gallons of honeysuckle wine fermenting in the kitchen behind. 16/07/15.
Recorded a clap in my bathroom with no shower door or curtain with a zoom zh1 @ 96khz 32bit, denoised with izotope rx, flattened spectrum slightly by matching with pink noise.
Quickly moving a pen inside a large bowl of water. Could be used for various bathroom / sink related environments. Recorded with a rode videomic pro into a zoom h5 recorder.
This is rain with variable intensity recorded on 17th of may 2014 in pécel, hungary. I tried to minimizie wind noises. Senisivity set to high. Recorded by sony icd-ux512 stereo dictaphone.
Sounds of loud thunder, rain, and drops of water occasionally pinging off metal. Taken in an urban cityscape, surrounded by an apartment complex (yielding a bit of an echo).
A satisfying slow-drip of water droplets. Recorded in an old shower with an h1 zoom. There's a click near the beginning, and a section near the middle where the droplets speed up, so if you want to use it for ambiance a little editing may be required.
Distant thunder, middle of the night, occasional loud thunder, very heavy showers. Southampton uk, july 2021. Olympus ls-5, internal capsules, deadcat210724_0110_ls5_distant_thunder. Wav.
My first recorded sound! it's actually just 6 secs long. I was on a vacation yesterday to a cottage resort, but it was a really rainy day. I decided to take out my $300 samsung to record a bit of the rain. I had the quality at 22khz, so the quality kinda sucks but it's still ok. I also have 2 more sounds (i couldn't record any more because my mic on the tablet broke and it only picks up static).
I closed my bedroom window, popped a shotgun mic in the middle of the room and recorded the ambiance while it was drizzling outside. Hope this helps in anyway.
Rain as heard in my kitchen. Most of the sound is coming from the rain hitting the roof windows. Mixpre3, fel pluggy xlr em172. 20-05-03_061106_mixpre3_em172. Wav.
An approaching storm cell with light to medium rain fall on a metal roof (recorded from the outside not the inside) with the occassional roll of thunder.
The sound of steady rainfall, as heard from my front porch. Traffic can be heard slightly during some moments. Nothing else, just the rain. Recorded on the tascam dr-05x, limited and normalized in audacity.
Recorded during a rain in brazil. Please, consider listening my music on bandcamp:. Https://mrthenoronha. Bandcamp. Com/album/mstech-educational-projects-soundtrack.
This was recorded on zoom h1 in my lean-to during a rain shower. There are some background kitchen noises at the start. The rain drifts off and comes back throughout the recording. Recorded in the uk. Please link if you use this so i can listen to your work.
Small plate being put into water and pulled back out again. Would work well for small objects coming out of a sink, pool, tub, or shower. Drip doesn't last very long- very subdued. Quiet.
