This is a bit processed sounds of whistlecap shutting on my stainless steel kettle. Recorded, noise reduced, clapified and compressed.

This sound started with a simple recording (yeti microphone) of me clapping my hands. I later added effects to it in ableton.

My clap for a film timing mark and my cat charlotte reacting. Sadly, and with a lot of tears shed, charlotte had to be put to sleep in february 2019. We miss her so much. 50 claps made in blok modular from scratch. Supposed to sound very unrealistic/dry/drum machine-like as possible so you don't have to sample the real thing. Some of these use asymmetric waveshaping which adds dc offset (0 hz noise) so you may want to highpass the crustier ones. I would've uploaded a zip of the individual hits but because of the way freesound works you'll have to chop it up yourself.

Just a few hand claps i layered, compressed, and added a touch of reverb. I use this sample in my own songs all the time. Just a nice layer to put under the backbeat, not a crazy, huge clap to use on its own. I'd love if you'd credit joshua scott or rjc studios if you use this sample, but don't sweat it if you don't.
