Solidworks file available, quick and dirty. "washer thing 1" has holes of nominal shaft dimensions. "washer thing 2" has inner dimensions calculated to be ideal for ABS fitted to this pump's shaft getting a maximum of 80°C water flowing through it. "washer thing 3" has holes reduced by 0.1 mm from nominal. "washer thing 5" has holes increased by 0.1 mm from nominal. This is a tricky thing to get right. It is also possible to use a lighter or candle to heat the pump's spindle up and then press the impeller onto the heated spindle. This could work if the other method doesn't, or your printer is not dimensionally accurate enough.
