An ambient noise sound.

I made this pad sound by starting with a traditional saw wave and mixing various effects together such as reverb and chorus. The wav file also has pre-defined loop points that can be used in samplers that support the functionality. Note: there is a slight static noise that is present when the sound is played through the freesound player on the website, however, the static is not present when played outside of the freesound audio player. Made with fl studio 11. Enjoy!.

Low, shaky, and mild humming sound with a bit touch of cold wind.

A harsh wind that blows with a mild eerie hum. 100% synthesis.

The sunrise recorded one kilometer away form a remote highway, near a forest. Used zoom h4n's internal mics.

A mixture of white noise and subtle beeping noises mixed in ableton live 9 and edited in audacity. Works well in a future setting with broken computers or communication of some kind.

Field-recording in the street where i live (germany). Street noise, some birds, a construction machine. Suddenly a big siren wails, probably a test.

A synth chord i placed in fl studio. C a f c. Using a saw square and pulse pwm wave for combo. Then put a sweeping band pass filter from top frequency to bottom frequency. Then i put a panner with the speed lfo sweeping from fast to slow. Next the right amount of reverb. Finally some copmression and normalizing. Using sound to reach out to angels.

Created using spectral freezing max patch. Some may have pops and clicks or audible looping but shouldn't be hard to fix. :).

I suppose you could say this is a bit science-fictiony. Kinda like background noise if you were alone in an abandoned space station or starship with the sound of machines and whatnot around you. And as an added bonus, it is a perfect loop. Recorded with a yescom pro studio condenser microphone using my own voice. Used audacity for editing.

An artistic experiment searching for sound emissions and the limit of human hearing. Composed of infrasonic material that have a lot of harmonic distortion. Humans will be able to identify tones as low as 12hz. From 1000 hz the auditory system decreases. Natural and human produced infrasonic sounds is anywhere, all the time. The artistic idea was to use background noises, signal fidelity, harmonic distortion, low-frequency in order to foster a soundscape of infrasound that travels through space. Made for project that was never released. Think somebody might enjoy or use it.
