This is a computer generated short sound clip. It sounds like someone with a mouthful of potato chips. It was created by modulating a few different pitch shifted sounds together.

Leaning on my computer chair that desperately needs some wd-40. This time, my mic is a bit further away, as well as an accidental thump. For reasons i cannot control, there may be noise.

The hissing sound of a hot aluminium saucepan being dipped twice into cold water. Kind of slow - the pan isn't dropped into the water, just dipped. Recorded on a terrible logitech computer mic, but sounds quite clean.

I played a staccato chord into a reverb unit with an infinite delay time. The signal from the reverb was sampled into an akai s612, looped and then resampled into the computer.

This is a sample i did a while back when i was looking for a new default error sound for my computer. Taken from a old vinyl toy dog, cat and bear.

Computer carrying bag zipper recorded zipping and unzipping once, giving a speed variation. Recorded with a tascam dr-07 mk ii handheld device at 16-bit 44. 1 khz.

From the ui sounds collection by gabfitzgerald. This sound is a high pitched approval ui sound for notifications, success indicators, winning or other auditory feedback for users. Created from using a wavetable synthesiser and high midi input.

I made a script in python with three balls bouncing around at different speed. When the ball hits a wall a beep is played. The slowest bass plays a 110hz beep. The middle ball a 220hz beep and the fastest a 440hz beep. Python can’t play two beeps at a time…sort of random “music”… you control the rhythm with the ball speed.

S short piece i made ages ago using harmor in fl studio. I was experimenting without beats and tried to make an electronic landscape; what it would be like living in a piece of wire. Use at your discretion. Let me know if you like the sound. -cb.

The mechanical noise and signature "chord" associated with the "mac mini (2010 model)" upon startup/boot. Brief mechanical motor and clicking noises followed by the famed sustained f sharp major chord (detuned 30 cents flat) being projected over low quality, built-in speakers. Mechanical noise has defined pitch and is predominantly in the mid-high frequencies. Recorded on zoom h2n, in small, empty room. Audio clip normalized in post-processing.

My firepod has gone wrong at last?! while recording a vocal section, a presonus firepod, an audio interface for computer, seemed to have some trouble in its audio processing. Or, it came to have a new audio effect function?.

This is a low hum sound generated by my naturalnoisegen program. Naturalnoisegen uses several timed generators to produce complex natural noises. In this case, 500 very low frequency generators with a long period were used.

Sony dvp-s530d cd/dvd player. A couple of takes of the disc tray being gently pushed closed. The first take includes the sound of the player spinning up a disc. The left channel is a sennheiser mkh-416 and the right channel is an akg c414 b-uls, both into a john hardy m-1 preamp into pro tools. Each mic has a slightly different recording position and overall sound.

The sound of a bug smashed by a heavy thing. The sound was make with my own voice using the computer´s microphon and the program wavosaur on the 10th march 2015. The sound was created as an element for a videogame.
