I wanted to create a sound that could be creepy but not too scary for kids or children's stories originally. Then i added the paulstretch effect in audacity to create a more ominous, creepy, scary, evil, sound for a more horror like ambience. I recorded this at late night in a rural german area at summer, approximately 150 - 200 meters away from the party (the party took place on a big and open field). The wind was blowing away from the people towards me, which is the reason, why you can hear the people well, even though there were trees between the people and the recording micorphone. Mabe you can hear a few cars very far in the distance along with the near taxis, picking the people up to take them home, too.
