Been downloading off this site for ages and thought i'd give something i recorded back. I drank from a glass bottle by a mic to recreate a character in a film drinking some beer from a glass bottle. A small sound but in those quiet scenes i think noises like this make all the difference. Done on my olympus dm5 recorder that i use for last minute foley. Hooray i'm finally on here!.
Do the harlem shake? why not the paint can shake?. Needed to replicate someone shaking a jerry can to check if there is fuel inside. Because someone didn't think to add water or something in it while they were on set filming the bloody thing. So the closest thing i could find to recreate the sound was an old paint can down stairs.
A luscious pad/atmosphere perfect for use in soundtrack/scoring, chillwave, liquid funk, dnb, house/progressive, breakbeats, trance, rnb, indie, synthpop, electro, ambient, idm, downtempo etc.
Yuasa yhy-80p steam humidifier is turned on and the inside water starts boiling, after which it's turned off and stops making a strange noise. Recorded with zoom h2n.
Recorded using the built-in mics of a zoom h4npro (2016 edition) @ 24bit. This is a small amount of liquid being poured into a drain about the size of a silver dollar. The original recorded captured the apartment's heating system. I used noise reduction, then normalized the waveform. This sound is free to use whenever and wherever.
Some guy or creature roaring. I recorded this track for a cartoon show, but i scrapped it and tried a similar approach, cause this one sounded too much like a monster sitting in the sewers.
I have to regularly gargle some horrible mouthwash as i've just had my adenoids removed. Sony ecm-ds70p mic to a sony minidisc mz-n710 acting as a preamp into my edirol ua-25 audio interface. Flickr picture: http://www. Flickr. Com/photos/str33ty/391967617/.
It's one of 7 files i recorded with water streams of different sizes. The sounds are made with water being poured from one plastic bowl to another in a bathroom. Or with a shower pouring into a plastic bowl. There are some other noises not cut-off but i think they might be usefull too. Recorded with a zoom h2's internal mics.
A fast running small stream in spring. Recorded with a sony rx100 camera. Sound-file extracted from film using quicktime software and converted to mp3 using audacity.
Recorded with a little usb-stick mic that i sat on the counter near the sink. The sounds in this pack are of me cleaning a 16" glass bong with hot soapy water. I wasn't planning to record myself, but i ended up making interesting noises and thinking i better record them!.
