A recording of me moving my h4n zoom recorder left then right a couple of times near the motor of my room fan. The result is a rumbling, wooshing kind of effect. Sound is in stereo, and is in. Wav format.
Sounds like a laser going off, then a big rumbling explosion. Created in adobe audition using the generate tones to create a saw wave sweeping from 22khz to 20 hz, then reverbed and eq'd.
A busy highway recording from below the road itself at the onset of a truss. Lots of rumble, white noise, reverb from the boundaries of the ground and the steel and concrete above.

This recording was made at a canal when it was reasonably dry. The canal has a road running parallel to it and above it. The side of that road has a largish (30cm?) pipe that drains water into the canal. I made this recording by holding my zoom h5 portable recorder in this pipe, and recording with the inbuilt stereo pair of microphones. You can hear the traffic passing above with the zoom of the occasional fast truck, but it's muted and it's echoing around the pipe. There's a hollow rumble running through the whole track. I made the recording in august (spring) of 2021 in brunswick west, australia.
A very short recording of a thunderstorm in goa, india. Unfortunately not long enough but may come in handy for someone looking for a short thunderstorm sound with rain and rumble. Free to use as needed.
