Heavily saturated percussion rythm made with metal stuff, hits, door in my cellar. Punk/industrial/noise vibes. 110bpm, recorded with h5+sgh6.

Blip trails: c2 note, random blip sounds with fast attacks and short trails using massive. Sampled into ableton with just a touch of reverb to help the trail smooth out, compression using psp compressor2 and psp warmer. Random parameters in massive, and very little other effects used. Stopped in a tiny museum in kansas and the curator turned on the 1900s edison photograph for me and let me record the classic sound of music with all the hums and associated scratches. Nasty type of tones, think bad garage rock. But a simple type of riff which could be used for a beginning or break segment if shorten.

The sound of a construction worker operating a concrete road saw on a rainy day is heard in this recording. The recording begins with the saw already in operation, then is shut off and shortly restarted. He makes a couple of passes on the section of road he is working on and turns the machine off. A nearby siren is also heard at the end, so the shutdown at the head can be used as an alternative. Gear: zoom h6, xyh-6 x/y capsule (120 degree stereo image), rycote windjammer. I am in my car in a parking lot the window on my side is open, we hear a car that starts, stays a bit and leaves. There is music inside. Noise of cars passing on the road. Sound of bird and wind.
