Small rocks tumbling down a steep hill. We got in the van and drove down a rural road. On the side of that road, we found land with its topsoil removed, stripped also of its plants, but there were lots of rocks and a small cliff where rocks could tumble down. The location where this audio was recorded in arkansas is shown in a video of our family adventure. We found where whittington creek enters a man-made underground tunnel in the city of hot springs. Needed a sound for a clay pot being dug out of sand. I used rice and a small ceramic pot for this.

Various momevents with my hand using small rocks and dirt. Brushing, grabbing, and dropping. Recording in the city is hard but i found a small canyon made of rocks in a park which helped block out traffic noise. Equipment: rode ntg3, zoom h5, izoptope rx4.
