Analog recording on my sony handycam ccd tr716 hi8mm camcorder of a lullaby music box melody i wrote in fl studio. I played the music into the mic jack of the camcorder, recorded it, and played it back into the computer. Brand of tape is sony and it is hi8.

I recorded my dog lying next to me, relaxing and yawning a few times. Recorded with a sony ic recorder, cleaned up using edison in fl studio. I had the recorder very close to his mouth and i also used a limiter to increase the volume. However, i couldn't get rid of the background noise without making the breathing sound awful.

A simple sine-generator piped through a slew of wacky effects automated with randomized lfos. I added some cabinet emulation to give it a 'living room' feel but left it dry enough to add additional stereo/reverb processing. P. S. It loops cleanly. Software: bitwig studio.

Recorded in my studio on my akg c-214 microphone. This is a simple guttural scream that i used for a project i was working on. It is me screaming from about 2 feet from the microphone. There is a clean version and another that is processed with reverb to make it sound like i am in a canyon.

Just some sample hits from my drum kit. I left them totally raw so you can add your own processing, reverbs, delays, whatever. The "just the room mic" could be especially fun to nuke, mangle and/or distort. I performed and recorded all of these samples in my studio. So slice & dice, hack & slash, scoop & loop, smash & bash. A jazz sample at 130 bpm composed on fl studio. The left channel preceding phase shift was implement by the removal of a sinelike oscillation. I deleted a left channel sinelike oscillation after the attack (and actually i omitted one more oscillation, because i didn't want to remove the very energetic ones).

Studio recordings of handling a small metal mechanical device for foley purposes. Originally used to foley handling sounds of a tattoo machine, but could also be used for guns, surgical instruments etc. Recorded with an at-4047/sv large-diaphragm condenser mic. In this clip, i am handling the device, producing diverse clinks and ratcheting sounds.

#csd [collabo sound design]. Cuffh4tz (#csd 001). Smashing one part of the cuffz on the other one which lies on a wooden table. The wooden table was chosen to damp the signal and gives it a more solid sound. The chain between the cuffz adds a nice character to the sound. This library consists of 39 samples.

Sound of an emergency shut-down on a spaceship. A robotic voice is saying "enemy detected" attended by a brutal alarm sound. Maybe in a wide room or hall. I created this sound by using the fl studio speech synthesizer plus several effects. Maybe useful in a video game or a short animation movie ;-).

This is a tone that i generated using my electric fender strat through one of my vintage amplifiers in my studio. Works well as a sample for composing soundscapes with it - i've used these tones in maschine and other sequencing/midi based instruments to create some interesting orchestral arrangements with the tones.

I suppose you could say this is a bit science-fictiony. Kinda like background noise if you were alone in an abandoned space station or starship with the sound of machines and whatnot around you. Blowing your nose: a very subtle sound but one that stays true to the common flue. You can hear the tissue crinkling when used, the slight sniffles and also the air escaping the man’s nose. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg in a recording studio. This sound is great to pull focus to someone’s illness.

This is a quick beat i made in fl studio 20. The drums and melody are my voice sent through a whole bunch of effects to create the sound i desired. Hope you like it :).

I build it in fl studio (32bits) with the soundfonts plugin (the soundfont used was "sgm")overdubs were done with a "strings" sample and the rest was just the pure instrument with eq and reverb. (it also includes a subtle piano and choir).
