Created using lmms ( linux multimedia studio ). Here i have used zynaddsubfx for the hoover type sound and 3 instances of glitch2 vst on the drum loop that i created. There is some compression, stereo widening and side-chaining used also.
I needed the sound of some keys that were put on a table. So i did the recording myself with a simple headset-mic. It's a very simple recording, hope you can work with it. The putting down was done in 3 different manners from quick to slow and picking them up again.
This sound is a recorded sound from a hammer tapping the metal, i modified it using some effects :1-normalize2-change the pitch ( from a#/bb to c)3-change the tempo with percentage=-90. 000. The final sound gives an impression of something that slips over the barriers.
There is a little bit of wind sound made by the mass of water falling into the shower tub. At the end of the track you can hear me putting away the shower curtain. Recorded with olympus ls-3 two stereo microphones, one bass (middle) microphone. 96hz, 24bit.
At least 2 or 3 local species of native frogs in my neighbours pond. Recorded on a sony pd170 camcorder using a pair of sennheiser mkh-416 shotgun condenser microphones in a crossed stereo configuration. About 6 mtrs from the pond. Time was 10:15pm, december 2007 (keep an ear out for the old ford truck passing).
This was made with kontact and a korg ea-1, mixed with a behringer mixer with light dirt and overdrive. Sampled into an mpc. Left and right are separate channels processed differently. So each sample is actually 2 different sample, 3 if you combine them. 44. 1k, 16-bit.

I used ableton's:. - grain delay (spray: 80ms, frequ: 43 hz, rndpitch: 3. 19, fdb: 65, wet: 70%)- compressor with very slow release as kind of an amp-follower- carefully adjusted gate with 111ms release- very short simpledelay- overdrive- short reverb. Recording i did mercat shopping center in kirkcaldy, scotland. The whole record is going from one end of the market to the other. I made the recording at around 3. 30pm. On the recording you can hear conversations, children, room ambience, etc. I recorded zoom h5 handy recorder. Welcome :).
