Mix-up of various sounds to create the ambiance of a nuclear implosion. Good for using in spacial environments. This one is the low frequency version. Both of them can be played simultaneously to variate the effect.

Buzzing drone noise made by a toddler's toy which was malfunctioning due to low batteries. I modulated the sound by moving the mic around the toy and covering / uncovering it with a bowl during recording.

I recorded these sounds in three different offices. This is the result of them mixed, because i had an order for a sound like that for a film that was a scene of a noisy office as well, because it had many people working together. The recording was very good, was originally obtained on a machine with 8 channels of 8 large diaphragm microphones positioned to cover all recording environments. -----------------------gravei esses sons em tres escritórios diferentes. Este é o resultado deles mixados , porque eu tinha uma encomenda de um som assim para um filme que a cena era de um escritório bem barulhento, porque nela haviam muitas pessoas trabalhando juntas. A gravação ficou muito boa, originalmente foi obtida em uma maquina de 8 canais com 8 microfones de diafragma grande posicionados de forma a cobrir todo os ambientes a gravar.

Loud hit of alluminium cuts.

One morning i woke up and found i had a mouse/rat trapped, but still alive. It was making squeaking sounds, so i recorded them, edited out the noise as much as i knew how to, and amplified the whole thing. The mouse was disposed of shortly afterward. This sound was recorded with a zoom h4n recorder in stereo, in. Wav format. Please feel free to use "mouse squeaks" as you see fit.

Very loud lightning strike / głośne uderzenie piorunatascam dr100mkiii + rode nt4.

Cafetaria recording processed by slicing, filtering, and then randomly played samples while sweeping bandpass filter. Added some multivoice echo and reverb.

I made this by layering the sound of scissors, and heavy pieces of metal and mixed them with some eq and distortion. This is made with audacity. If you use this sound please link to my page in the credits!!!.

Recorded at ferry terminal in tsawwassen, bc, canada. It's like alfred hitchcock's the birds in there! they have a pesky starling issue. Thousands of noisy birds hanging out under the shelter of a tall metal tower -- kind of echoey sound, some wind and mic noise. Recorded with iphone on the spur of the moment cause it was so impressively noisy!.

Loud gum chewing sound, recorded close to microphone.

Captured during a windstorm. Dead blot unlocks, then the door swings open. The distant white noise of the storm drones on until the door swings back and closes loudly, then the magnetic screen clicks together.

Buzzer as in a game show. Couldn't find a good one here, so i made it myself. Recorded with realtek high definition audio headset. Edited with audacity.

The sound is coming from the fans of a server. By pulling out one of the fans, all other fans turn up to 100%. The microphone is located above the air duct exactly in the middle of the case and thus between two fan fronts. The soundfile starts with the fans on standard speed. After a few seconds the fans turn up to 100%. I left them there for a few seconds and then quietly plugged the removed fan back in. This fan now also switches to 100% - this is the single, delayed "speed up" that can be heard from second 35. About 10 seconds later, all fans return to normal speed. Unfortunately, a colleague came in at that time and ended up talking into the recording. Due to lack of time, i was unfortunately unable to repeat the audio that day, but will certainly do another re-recording in the future. Feel free to use the sound; no attribution required. A heavy-duty studio door opening and closing from inside the studio.

Overhead explosion, muffled by dense matter, ideally suited to environment where explosion is heard above ground, while underground, or in the distance overground. Could also be an underwater detonation.

The sound of a loud vacuum cleaner.

4ch field recording of an underpass below a german motorway, the a38 by leipzig. The recorder is located directly beneath an expansion joint on the edge of the underpass, the clonks and clanks of cars and trucks driving over the joint can clearly be heard, with the motorway noise reverberating in the underpass in the background. Recorded with a zoom h2 with a rycote windscreen, mounted on a boom pole. These are the rear channels, mics set to 120° dispersion.

Some raw and dirty random samples of a small, out of tune yamaha pianino (upright piano) at a friends flat. There's noise of my laptop and there even might be some traffic noise in the background. Also no string scratching etc. In this pack. Nevertheless i thought it might be better to share the samples, than to have them just rot on a drive. I suggest throwing them into your software or hardware sampler of choice, manipulate them and listen what you come up with. Cut in ocenaudio. No noise-reduction or other processing has been applied. Loud fart farting human sounds.

Some old v8 engined cars in a parade, idling and occasionally revving. They have open headers, meaning they have no mufflers and either no or very small exhaust pipes, therefore they're loud and "burbly"! there is some chatter from people standing on the parade route as well. Recorded on a tascam dr-44.
