A fast wow saying. That is what i was looking for. Then, i said why i don't create what i need. At the end, this sound come alive! enjoy it :).

I was playing a game and said "wow" in a really high pitched and flat tone, so i decided to autotune it to make it sound like a turret from portal.

I honestly don't know what to call this effect because i had no idea what is it called. This was a bit similar to that hallelujah effect though. Feel free to use it. Created in 3ml editor and edited it in audacity.
