A recording of several single notes on the ukelele. Noisy, not a totally clean recording either (some bleed from a c string that i didn't intend to touch). This sound was originally created for the coursera course "audio signal processing for music applications. " i recorded this sound myself with a zoom h2 microphone and a kala classical ukelele.
16-bit 44100 hz quality, but some bitcrush has been applied so the real samplerate is unknown. I modified the drums preset in labchirp. These are just some sounds i found interesting while testing and modifying the preset. These are unedited, so some clean up might be needed.

Not a very good recording, and very short - but this is the flapping of a juvenile bald eagle's wings and its cry. I'm only uploading this because i don't think there are any other samples on freesound. I didn't manage to get a good shot at this one, so that's all there is. But i'll try for a better sample as soon as i can. This is a real bald eagle - not a red-tailed hawk, which is what most eagle samples really are. As with the loons, i'm on a bad dialup connection but if i get a better sample i'll upload it as a wav.
These animal sounds were recorded inside a stone circle at the back of my property just as dawn broke. Most sounds are farm animals and birds and some unknown.
This is from my royal typewriter that i picked up at the thrift store for 5 bucks. It works great and i use it quite a bit to write letters with. I love the feel and sound of the keys. Created for a play. Sort of cheap sounding but it was meant to sound weak and half-assed. The king for whom this fanfare was played had those qualities.
